These terms cover this site and the VaniBot waitlist. They are short on purpose.

1. Who we are

VaniBot is run by one founder in Colombo, Sri Lanka. You can reach us at support@vanibot.app.

2. What VaniBot is today

VaniBot is not live yet. This site describes the receptionist we are building and lets you join the waitlist for the pilot. Nothing on it is an offer to sell you a service.

3. The waitlist

Joining is free and does not commit you to anything. It does not promise a place in the pilot: when the pilot opens, we call you, listen to how your calls go today, and set up a receptionist only if it fits. We may contact you about the pilot on the number or email you give us.

4. Your details

Give only details that are yours or your business's. How we handle them is set out in our privacy notice.

5. The pilot

If your business joins the pilot, we agree the details with you before anything starts: what the receptionist answers, your languages and hours, and the price, in Sri Lankan rupees.

6. Using this site

Please do not misuse this site: no sign-ups made by scripts, no attempts to break it, and no use that breaks the law.

7. Changes

This site is provided as it is while VaniBot is being built. We may change it, and these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
